I have been really impressed with the customer service of Bluehost.  I have not had to stay on hold waiting to speak to a tech for more than 5 minutes, except one time.   They have always been courteous, and helpful.  I have used other hosting services in the past, and have not been nearly as happy with them.  One service had only email tech support, and it could be up to 3 days before I got any kind of answer from them.
