I found another good place on the web to make a bit of money. As I have stated before, the key to making money online is to start bringing in some money from multiple sources. This source is not going to make you rich by itself, but it will add to what you have going on, and it won’t take much time or effort. This is a PPC source, where you make money based on reading emails, visiting websites and completing offers. There is a small payout level of $20, and you can be paid by PayPal.

Programs like this are great, especially when you are just starting out online, or not being very successful. It is nice to find a program like this where you can see some money coming in. It helps to know that there really is money out there to be made. You can spend a little time online today, and see some money in your account.

One word of caution when completing “offers” for cash. You should start with the programs that are really interesting to you. Try free offers first, and then move up to ‘paid trials”. These can provide you with not only a little cash in your account, but get you information or products that you can really use. I think I have found my next online endeavor. I found a way to build nice looking Nice Stores while harnessing the power of Ebay, and their affiliate program. I think I am going to be tackling it over the next few days, and see if I can get something set up. But, let me tell you a bit about the program.

The program is called the Build a Niche Store program, and it appears to be a pretty simple program. First, you have to sign up as an affiliate of Ebay (scroll to the bottom of the page to find the “Affiliates” link), which is pretty easy to do. Looking at the affiliate payout scale, it looks like it could end up being quite profitable. Starting out, you will get about half of the fees generated by Ebay. Up to about $5000 you will get 55% of the fees generated by Ebay. The higher the closing bid over that, the more you will make as a percentage of the fees. Smaller items may not bring in as much, but you may very well make it up in the number of sales that you generate.

Next, you have to go over to the Build a Niche Store Site, and order the program that you will upload to your own server. You will install this program right on your site, which means that you will have complete control over it. That is a wonderful advantage! You don’t have to worry about relying on others for your site, and you don’t have to pay an ongoing fee to maintain and run your sites. You can also run as many sites as you want to run. You can build several stores, and see which ones are productive, and which are not. That is my plan at the moment. I hope to build at least 10 stores, and see what happens. Of course, once they are built, I will have to work a bit to write content, and then drive traffic to the sites.

One of the warnings that I have seen concerning the Build a Niche Store program is that it must be run on a Linux server. It is very hard to get set up on a Windows based server. If you need hosting, be sure to check out Bluehost. They have unlimited space, with unlimited domains. That makes them perfect for this type of online endeavor.

There is low overhead involved (outside of your own time in preparing the finished product) and you can easily market your own materials from the comfort of your own home or office. There are many places available where you can even sell your materials through affiliates for a split of the profits. You also have the advantage of nearly 100% profit on your own products. After all, once you have written the Next Best Thing, you can sell it for whatever price you want. Want to sell more? Just lower the price, and redouble your efforts in marketing.

You can market your finished product through Google Adsense, but that will cost you money upfront. Selling through affiliate programs such as ClickBank can be a good choice as well. There are fees to set up your products, but you will have a much higher rate of return through the affiliate programs because you will soon have many more people selling your product for you. Even if you are giving up 50% of your you will make more money over all because of the quantity of sales you will be bringing in. Of course, all of this is contingent on your product being something that others want to purchase.

If you have built your own email list, that will be the best place to start. Make sure that you are putting out something valuable, as you do not want to alienate your own list. Send out the information of your product, and offer a limited time discount for quick sales. Point them to your affiliate site so that they will soon be selling your products for you, and you will see the sales begin to roll in.

I came across a pretty good ebook that gives some good pointers on publishing an ebook, even if you don’t like to write, or don’t want to do any of the writing for a book. This book sells in some places for up to $67, but that is way overpriced. Most ebooks are overpriced, so be careful what you pay for them! There is some good info in here, so I am going to give it to you for free. I hope you can find some useful information, and some good tips for getting started in writing an ebook.
